Beginning of Class

         -Check the assignment board for instructions

         -Complete warm up activity, if available.

         -Begin working on a continued assignment.

         -Assemble needed materials.

During the lesson

         -Be attentive.  Listen.

         -Be respectful.  Speak responsibly.

         -Raise your hand if you have questions and/or comments.  If you don’t know, ask.  I can’t answer the unasked questions.

         -If you complete an assignment, read in your reading book or work on another lesson quietly.

End of Class

         -Write down the assignment in your agenda.

         -Wait for my dismissal.  Stay in your seat until I dismiss you.

Assignment Completion Notes

         -Use blue or black ink only or pencil is allowed for daily assignments.  NOT red, purple, green or any other color.

         -Loose leaf or notebook paper is fine.

         -Keep assignments and notes in your binders.

         -Be sure your assignments have this information:

                        name (first and last)

                        class/hour

                        name of assignment

                        date of assignment
