Qualifications for Scholars' Bowl Letter

Chosen to play in at least six meets

No unexcused absences to practices or meets

In case of illness or some tragedy which prevents a student from meeting these
qualifications, the Scholars' Bowl coaches reserve the right to award a letter
to that student if they feel he would have lettered under different circumstances.

The first year a student letters, he receives a chenille question mark with a star pin
and a date pin. Every year he letters after that, he receives the pins.
