Google Tools
Google has a truly astonishing set of free tools and all of them that I have used work very, very well. You have to sign up, but that is easy to do. You could spend your whole time poking around here, and I'll guarantee you will find something you can use right away.
Just one example is the template gallery within Google Docs. Professional looking templates from resumes to certificates sit here.
I also really love the calendar.
Google for Educators includes tools and information customized for you.
I might also mention Google Sites where you can create your own web page free.
