RSS and Newsreaders
RSS is a format for delivering regularly changing web content. Many news-related sites, weblogs and other online publishers syndicate their content as an RSS Feed to whoever wants it. What this does is make it easier for you to stay informed by retrieving the latest content from the sites you are interested in. You don’t have to go to each individual site to see if something new has been added, all you have to do is go to one site often referred to as a Newsreader.
