ART I
Length of Course: year Grade level: 9,10,11,12 Prerequisites: none
Course Description: This course is designed for the beginning art student with little or no experience with the applications in the field of art. This course will emphasize the elements and principles of design through the use of art projects. A portion of this course will be devoted to art history and color theory. Other art related topics will also be explored.

ART II
Length of Course: year Grade level: 10,11,12 Prerequisites: Art I
Course Description: This course is designed for the students who want to increase their ability as well as explore the following content areas: Ceramics, Drawing, Painting, and Sculpture. Students will be able to develop different techniques utilizing a variety of methods and mediums. Students will also learn art terminology associated in these areas.

ART III
Length of Course: year Grade level:11,12 Prerequisites: Art I and Art II
Course Description: This course is designed for the student with a strong interest in art . The student will decide on a given schema based on the medium given as a large-scale work. Students will also explore different areas and methods in art not done in previous art classes. Students will also gain insight and ideas to further develop their style.
