Course Description: Band is a uniformed performance class participating in half-time, parade, pep band, and concert performances. Students are encouraged to extend and develop their playing abilities through home practice and daily rehearsal. Students also have the opportunity and are encouraged to participate in KSHSAA music festivals as soloists or as members of an ensemble. Attendance and participation is required.
