Course Description: A study of the structure and properties of matter. Some subjects are: bonding, chemical symbols and formulas, concentration and pH, organic chemistry. Laboratories are performed to reinforce test material.

PHYSICS
Length of Course: year Grade Level: 11,12 Prerequisites: Core Math II
Course Description: A study of the physical world which is broken down into four major categories: mechanics and heat, waves, electricity and nuclear physics. Laboratories are performed to reinforce the theories covered in class. A very strong mathematics background is required since science uses math as a language.
