FLINT HILLS TECHNICAL COLLEGE
Length of Course: year Grade Level: 11,12 Pre-Requisites: to qualify-11 credits-juniors, 16 credits-seniors+students must be approved by the Principal
Course Description: Juniors and seniors that qualify can go to Flint Hills Technical College and enroll in one the following programs: Industrial Building Maintenance, Data Processing, Secretarial, Food Service, Carpentry, Electronics, Auto Technology, Graphic Arts, and Metal Fabrications. Transportation and tuition are provided by USD 417. If students want permission to drive to Flint Hills Technical College instead of using district transportation, both students and parents will have to sign notarized statements guaranteeing that the students will be allowed to drive off campus every day.
