World Language Outcomes

Program Outcomes:
1. Understand the culture, customs, and traditions of the countries
of the target language and recognize and appreciate similarities
and differences with own culture.
2. Communicate* in the target language.
3. Understand that languages have structure, that structure varies
from language to language, and the structure of English.
4. Enhance listening and other communication skills, collaborative
skills, research skills, and higher order thinking skills by applying
these to the study of another language and other cultures.
