Requisitions
Requisitions must be filled out on the district form. This is
available in the Requisition form folder on the CHIEF 98 server.
Copy the file to your hard disk and use it as you see fit.
We are also working on forms you can download
from the internet. They are currently in development, so if they
don't work as you think they should, let
